I was born in Monroe, LA in 1958 and in 1963 my family moved to Oak Grove, LA.  After graduating high school in 1976, I worked for a year and then joined the United State Navy for four years.  I was honorably discharged in 1981 and moved back to Monroe and worked in the air conditioning business for ten years. I then went to work for the West Monroe Fire Department for 31+ years and retired from the fire service in 2020 at the rank of Assistant Chief of Training.  I began working as a real estate appraiser in the summer of 1996 and worked for two local appraisers.  I have been a Louisiana Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since January of 2006.  I formed my own business office, Key Appraisal Service, in 2008 and continue to work in the appraising business.
