Born and raised in Louisiana, Stacy moved to Georgia and Texas but has been a Louisiana resident since the 1960s. In her free time, Stacy enjoys family activities, being a mother, wife, and grandmother, passionate about art galleries, volunteering with local communities, helping children, horseback riding, and fitness.
