"An in-depth look at the typical issues that arise in a closing. We will learn what types of funds are allowed to be used at closing to pay closing costs and other closing fees. We will examine the Power of Attorneys and learn why some are acceptable and others are not. Finally, we will discuss the variety of ways to transfer property, such as warranty deeds, donations, and quit claim deeds."

Class must have a minimum of 10 registered attendees by November 19th to proceed.
