"A study on the beginnings of Real Estate Law in Louisiana. In this class, we examine the history behind metes and bounds descriptions, the creation of subdivisions, as well as learning why title companies establish the requirements they do in order to reach the closing table."

Class must have a minimum of 10 registered attendees by November 19th to proceed.
