Helping real estate brokers and agents understand the complex issues that arise when assisting clients with negotiations of commercial leases.

At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to:
· Help their clients understand and interpret the substantive terms of a commercial lease agreement.
· Explain how common commercial lease provisions can impact lessors and lessees.
· Identify potential negotiation points in commercial leases.
· Assist the client with compliance of commercial lease provisions.
